Senior Director of Marketing and Communications, Save The Music Foundation
Zack Flores serves as the Senior Director of Marketing & Communications at Save The Music, overseeing traditional, digital and experiential marketing strategies, media relations and creative content partnerships for major brands. Zack joins STM from Tito’s Handmade Vodka, where he served as the National Philanthropic Programs Manager from 2015 to 2021. He has deep experience in marketing, special events and talent relations, including working with artists such as Bun B and Killer Mike, as a specialist working with brands such as Apple Music and Converse; and at Tito’s, where he oversaw notable campaigns including Love, Tito’s – a nationwide movement to make the world a better place – raising millions each year for charities around the world (including, for example, Team Rubicon, World Central Kitchen and National Hispanic Heritage, among many others). Zack also implemented the brand’s first-ever pro-social experiential activation at music festivals including Governor’s Ball, Lollapalooza, ACL Music Festival and Country Thunder. Prior to Tito’s, Zack worked in youth development and mental health, including as a Development Specialist and Counseling Facilitator for the Austin Child Guidance Center, a children’s mental health agency. Currently, Zack serves on the Board of Directors for the local Austin nonprofit, I Live Here I Give Here as well as the advisory council for Black Fret. Zack graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Social Work. Zack is also an active member of the community and music and arts scene in Austin, where he resides with his wife Katie and son Phoenix.
