ABOUT
Jonathan Hecht is the founder of Venn Arts, a Brooklyn-based music supervision company that connects artists and music with film, advertising, and branded content. For more than 12 years, Jonathan has worked at the intersection of music and visual storytelling, helping creative teams discover music that can elevate an idea while creating meaningful opportunities for artists and rights holders.
Drawing on deep experience across both the music and marketing industries, Jonathan brings a creative and artist-focused perspective to music supervision — from discovering emerging talent and unexpected catalog gems to navigating the complex business of music licensing and rights. His work has connected music with projects for Google, Brooks Running, E*TRADE, Marc Jacobs, and sports documentaries including Soccer Meets America on Roku and Butterfly in a Blizzard.
Jonathan is a graduate of Wesleyan University and a member of Video Consortium, the Association of Music Producers, and the Guild of Music Supervisors.
