Throughout her career, Feldman has worked alongside some of the world’s most influential artists, executives, and companies, translating creative vision into cultural relevance and long-term commercial value. She spent more than 25 years at Warner Records, ultimately serving as EVP of Strategic Marketing, where she worked across a global roster of established and emerging artists and developed innovative approaches to artist marketing, music licensing, brand partnerships, and new revenue opportunities.
Feldman later served as Chief Marketing Officer of Wasserman, the global sports, music, and entertainment agency recently rebranded as THE.TEAM. As a member of the senior leadership team, she helped shape the company’s global brand and marketing strategy, building its communications, social media, and event strategies while developing tools and processes to strengthen connectivity, knowledge-sharing, and insights across the global organization.
Today, Feldman is the founder of Redefine Music Advisors, where she works directly with a select group of artists, music companies, and global brands to identify and build opportunities at the intersection of music, culture, technology, and commerce.
