Christina “Xtina” Prince

Founder, The Blind Youth & GM, Raedio

Christina “Xtina” Prince is an artist manager supporting genre-defying artists of color and beyond. She is also the GM of the label and publishing powerhouse Raedio.

Prior to receiving her degree in marketing and business, Xtina was an aspiring rapper who encountered a void of trustworthy support for black artists, especially black women. That experience propelled her into the music industry where she grew into the artist resource that had been missing from her own career. In 2014, she became a major label executive with Universal Music Group where she developed the rights and recording management system that is the backbone for all UMG labels’ master delivery. She also helped launch Imperial Music, a distribution company at Republic Records.

As an artist manager, she has supported artists across genres, including the early careers of Tennis and SZA. Since 2016, Xtina has spearheaded Duckwrth’s unique brand identity and executive produced his projects. She founded The Blind Youth, a music partnership company, on the principle that artists should be a viable partner in the advancement of their careers. Today, the Blind Youth’s roster has grown to include Alex Mali, LATENIGHTJIGGY, and G.L.A.M., and achieved over 500 million streams.
