Erica is known for a deep understanding of the ever-evolving music industry, developing and executing 360-degree strategies that amplify artist brands, building lifelong audiences and creating unforgettable experiences. Over the years, Erica has worked with a diverse roster of artists, including Fergie, Thirty Seconds to Mars, Prince Royce, Passion Pit, The Pretty Reckless, Jimmy Cliff, Dr. John and more.

From curating and producing iconic events to driving artist development and release strategies, Erica works closely with clients to foster meaningful relationships and expand creative output. Her expertise spans shaping artist identities, overseeing touring and merchandising, and executing digital campaigns with a strategic, hands-on approach tailored to each project’s unique needs.
