Talent Buyer & General Manager, The UC Theatre
Matthew "Smitty" Smith is the Talent Buyer and General Manager of The UC Theatre (1400 cap) in Berkeley, CA as well as a managing partner and talent buyer for The Starline Social Club (425 cap) in Oakland. Previous to working with these venues, Smitty founded Rosengrove Productions and booked over 500 shows a year in the Bay Area. In addition to his roles at The UC Theatre, Smitty is also a mentor in the Concert Careers Pathways Program and a former professional percussionist.
