For over 15 years, Shauna has been a leader in driving innovation across music, tech, and brand partnerships, pioneering collaborations on digital, social, print and experiential platforms. She’s worked with industry giants like MOOG, SoundCloud, and The FADER, and forged partnerships with top-tier brands such as AT&T, Anheuser-Busch, Apple Music, Bacardí, Calvin Klein, Coca-Cola, Dolby, Dropbox, Google, Guitar Center, Land Rover, Lexus, Marriott International, NBA2K, New Balance, Sony, Spotify, TikTok and Xbox.
As Vice President of Business Development at EMPIRE Records, Distribution & Publishing in San Francisco, Shauna leads global partnerships and business development, shaping strategies that span EMPIRE’s label, distribution and publishing units. Recent highlights include partnerships with Warner Bros Films and TopGolf, featuring prominent artists like Shaboozey, T-Pain and Larry June.
At SoundCloud, Shauna spearheaded innovative initiatives for over 40 million creators, with projects like "SoundCloud Player One" and "NBA2K Beats: The Search," pushing the boundaries of music and gaming, especially for emerging and independent artists. In 2022, she was recognized on Billboard’s 40 Under 40 list of next-gen music executives and awarded the Music Business Association's #NEXTGEN_NOW One to Watch Award.
In her spare time, Shauna collects vinyl and competes in national show jumping competitions. In October 2023, she launched SOUNDXVISION, Inc., a consulting agency specializing in driving growth and innovation across music, media and entertainment through strategic partnerships and cutting-edge strategies.
