Earl is also the founder of the Global Association of Marketing Executives in Sports (GAMES) a global community of sports visionaries and influentials fostering cooperation and cross-border business development through virtual and live networking events to share ideas, best practices and trends from global markets. Earl is a native of Brooklyn, NY and graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and holds a Masters of Business Administration with Sports Management concentration from The George Washington University and is a candidate for a Masters in Laws from the University of London.
