Phil guides Musicfox in all aspects both internally and externally, leading its employees, partners, and artists into a better future. Phil is a music executive with over a decade in the industry, including eight years at Sony Music, and holds a BA in music from the University of Miami. As the leader of Musicfox, Phil pushes the combined intersection between technology, finance, and entertainment into novel, new frontiers.

Jason drives technical and financial product development at Musicfox in addition to the firm’s strategy. Jason holds a MS in Financial Mathematics from the University of Chicago, holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, and has a BA in music and economics from the University of Miami. After a career in wealth management and derivatives trading, Jason is leading the pedagogical development and implementation of the quantitative intangible asset pricing field, via the growth and expansion of Musicfox products and its research arm.

Alec Ellin is a serial entrepreneur, music nerd, and product designer. He currently serves as co-founder and CEO of Laylo, ("salesforce for creators"), building the complete messaging and CRM tool for content creators. Laylo is backed and supported by Eldridge, Sony Music, The Orchard, and Y Combinator. Alec founded the company with Sajan Sanghvi after serving as CEO of Darkchart, a social music network and Editor of TLBL, a music publication with over 35,000 monthly readers. He graduated Dean's List from Syracuse University in 2016 with a degree in TV, Radio and Film from Newhouse School of Communications.

Nick Venti is a music business entrepreneur, award winning musician, producer, and songwriter. Nick started his career in music as a musician co-founding several US based touring acts. Currently, owner of a 12,000 square foot music studio in San Diego and CEO co-founder of PlusMusic.
