Kathryn Hoy leads marketing at Kobalt Music, overseeing branding and socials for the publisher, along with creative partnerships with DSPs to support songwriters. She began her career in artist management and has since worked across digital agencies and brand partnerships, always focused on helping artists connect with their audiences in thoughtful, authentic ways. In her free time, she leads creative at Cult Following, developing digital strategy and social-first campaigns for musicians.
