VP of Film & Television Music, Universal Music Enterprises
Matt Kapuchinski is Vice President of Film & Television Music at Universal Music Enterprises. He leads the UMe creative sync team in pitching and placing Universal Music Group masters in television series, films, promos, trailers, commercials and video games. He curates music to enhance this storytelling and has placed Universal music from the likes of Ethel Merman to Kanye West, and a few others in between. Matt graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Music with Honors from The Wharton School of Business at University of Pennsylvania. When he’s not obsessively searching the vast UMG catalog for uplifting anthems with swagger, Matt spends his time with his wife herding their 10 month old daughter away from their wary Maltese Poodle Ferdinand.
