Ryan Star

CEO/Co-Founder, Stationhead

Ryan Star, is a rock singer-songwriter and entrepreneur from Long Island, New York. He first caught the public’s attention on CBS’s Rock Star: Supernova in 2006 and went on to release his major-label debut 11:59 in 2010, which hit No. 9 on the Billboard 200 and No. 3 on the Billboard Rock Albums chart. His "Losing Your Memory" has been celebrated by Vampire Diaries fans worldwide and he has written for TV shows including Fox’s hit Lie to Me, earning him a BMI TV Music Award for the theme song “Brand New Day.”

After years of building a global fanbase, Ryan noticed gaps in the digital music world inhibiting the ways fans and artists could connect. That inspired him to create Stationhead, a social listening platform that turns streaming into real-time, interactive experiences. Stationhead now has millions of users and has become the chosen platform for the world's biggest stars and their superfans. R. Star is navigating a new era of fan engagement, creating a platform where music, community and technology converge to transform the way artists and their true fans connect.
