In her role as Chief Content Officer at Primary Wave Music Publishing, Natalia is responsible for creating monetizable opportunities across the entertainment and media landscapes for the company’s legendary and iconic artists and music catalogs. Natalia leads content development strategies in film, television, stage, podcasts, emerging platforms and live events for artists, songwriters and estates.

Under Natalia’s leadership, the content division has produced recent documentary features on James Brown, Luther Vandross, Boy George & Culture Club, The Zombies, the band America and the upcoming Netflix feature on Olivia Newton-John. She has co-produced a slate of jukebox musicals powered by Primary Wave’s catalog of hits and has launched “The Voice of Whitney,” the first in a series of immersive symphony concerts using AI technology to synchronize Whitney Houston’s vocals with live symphony orchestra and visuals.

Prior to joining Primary Wave, Natalia was General Manager of the Global Music Group at United Talent Agency, where she oversaw a team of over 250 executives, agents and staff across six offices and helped to establish the group as a leader in talent representation.

Recognized as a power player in the music industry, Natalia has received multiple features on Billboard’s annual Women In Music and Power 100 lists, and on Variety’s Women’s Impact lists. Natalia serves on the Board of Trustees of the TJ Martell Foundation, on the Music Industry Advisory Board for Save The Music Foundation, on Primary Wave’s Diversity and Inclusion Task Force and has had the honor of being an Executive-In-Residence at NYU’s Steinhardt School of Music Business.
